1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the 88fc platform and all its members. 88fc (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an international online gaming service provider that delivers an entertaining gaming experience to players in Bangladesh and other countries.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on 88fc, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each individual may operate only one account.

• Your account login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

The mobile number and personal details you provide at registration must be your own. If an account is created using false information, 88fc reserves the right to terminate that account and seize the associated funds at any time.

As part of the KYC (account verification) process, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport along with your mobile banking details. Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC is complete.

3. Payment Policy & Transactions

88fc supports transactions via popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to both deposits and withdrawals:

You must deposit using the same method before making a withdrawal request. For example, if you deposited via Mobile Banking, you must also withdraw to Mobile Banking. If money laundering or any suspicious financial activity is detected, 88fc reserves the right to suspend the transaction pending investigation.

Using a third-party account for deposit purposes is strictly prohibited. Only transactions from the registered member's own mobile banking account will be accepted.

4. Bonus & Promotional Offers

88fc regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. The following general terms apply to all such offers:

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members on their first deposit only. Each new account is eligible for this bonus once.
• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• Validity Period: All bonus offers have a set expiry period. Any bonus that expires will be automatically cancelled.

• Multiple Bonuses: It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time; decisions will be made in accordance with the terms of each specific offer.

• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Registering under multiple identities for the purpose of abusing the bonus system.

7. Responsible Gaming
